How can i contact you if i have a question?

- You can contact us on hello@monili.co.uk or on our Instagram @Monili.Official. 

How long does delivery take?

- We dispatch same day for all deliveries; UK Deliveries are 1-3 working days, Worldwide delivery can take 10-14 working days. 

Where are the products shipped from?

- We ship all of our products from our warehouse in South England, UK. 

Are the watches water resistant?

- All of the Monili Timepieces are 5ATM - We don't hold back on quality or functionality, this means all timepieces are suitable for everyday swimming (up to 50 metre depth) as well as general splash/waterproof. (We do not recommend using in sea/salt water).

How do i remove links from my new Monili Watch?

- All of our Stainless Steel watches have multiple links in the strap that can be taken out. We’d recommend going to a jeweller or key cutting centre and they can adjust links very fast. Otherwise, home tools can be great also. 

My Automatic watch has stopped, what do i do?

- Push the side crown into its closed position and then continue to wind/turn the dial until a more resistant feel appears. Regular wearing and movement also helps.
