Shipping rates

Delivery: U.K. standard delivery is £4.95. Standard Postage to Europe is £7.00 and to The Rest Of The World is £10.

Customs: any import duties or customs charges are levied once they reach your country and Monili is not responsible for any import duties which might be liable on receipt. Monili has no control over this and cannot predict exactly what the charges will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Postage and packing costs are non refundable. We aim to despatch items that we have in stock within 48 hours. These normally arrive promptly but please allow 7 to 14 working days for UK deliveries. If items are out of stock, we will email you with an estimated delivery time.

Payment: Payment for all orders placed is via PayPal's secure online system. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Monili cannot accept any responsibility or liability arising from a disputed transaction made with PayPal, and advises that you read the company's terms and conditions before entering into any such transaction. Goods will not be dispatched by Monili until 'notification of payment received' is received by us from PayPal.
