Return Policy

Returns: If you wish to return an item for refund, please send it back to us unworn, in a re-saleable condition and in its original packaging within 14 days. Please obtain proof of postage on all returns. We do not pay postage on return items unless goods are faulty. If you would like to return items then please email us on returns@monili.co.uk for the returns address.

Exchange: Wherever possible we will try to exchange items but cannot always be sure of stock availability. As with returns, any items for exchange must be returned to us unworn, in a re-saleable condition and in its original packaging within 14 days. Always obtain proof of postage when returning items for exchange and email us at returns@monili.co.uk before you return the items for stock availability and the address to return the jewellery to.

NB: Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept the return of earrings - this is a standard policy as adopted by most retailers and we hope you understand the reasoning behind this. Earrings can only be returned if they are faulty or defective.
